Why is it required that I have a Physical within the past 2 years in order to qualify for a MedCase?

Our Doctors require all patients to undergo a physical checkup within the past two years as one of our qualifying conditions to purchase a med case. This measure was put in place to help ensure that they don’t have any undiagnosed conditions for which taking certain types of medications can be harmful.

What if I am allergic to an antibiotic that comes inside the MedCase?

Our doctors are extremely cautious when prescribing medications and processing orders. If an elegy to a medication is indicated our Doctor will either substitute the medication with a different medication or not approve the order at all. You Must notate any allergies in your order form. We do not make substitutions once the order is placed.

Can I share my kit with a friend or family member?

Medications are prescribed to the patient who filled out the order form and health questions. The doctor prescribes the medications only after a detailed review of the order form and health screening with consideration to any medical conditions and medication allergies. These antibiotics should be treated like any other doctors prescribed medication and should be used by the person it was prescribed to as intended and under a doctor's guidance.

Should I expect a call from a physician?

The physician has no need to contact you unless it is necessary for further clarification of health conditions. In general, if there no allergies have been indicated on the order form, and no medicine contraindications, or major health issues the physician will have enough information to approve and process your order. If you don’t hear from a physician, this means that the physician had no questions for you and agreed to approve and process your order.
