Orders are limited to ONE order per patient per year. Includes physician consult and antibiotic guidebook. The following medications are included: amoxicillin-clavulanate (28 tabs), azithromycin (6 tabs), ciprofloxacin (28 tabs), doxycycline (120 capsules), metronidazole (30 tabs). Physician may swap meds due to allergies. Once orders are processed and prescriptions sent to the pharmacy we are unable to accept returns.
